Dina Meyer was born and raised within Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished the junior high school, she moved out of Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. Her two brothers are Gregory, her older brother as well as Evan. The modeling profession was her first experience in the field. It was her first job from age nine to sixteen. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock was among those who studied by this method and so were Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. She was cast in Beverly Hills,90210 and had relocate to Los Angeles to take the part. The first film she appeared in was Johnny Mnemonic. She did all the stunts of the film and helped establish her as an athletic actor. Through her agent who also manages Matt LeBlanc she scored a role as a guest star on Friends.
